PERSONAL TRAINING + SUPPORT

For women who want more than just a workout.

This is full support, both in and out of your sessions.

You’ll get 1–2 personal training sessions per week, alongside tailored nutrition guidance, weekly check-ins, and ongoing accountability to keep you consistent and progressing.

We’ll also work on the things that actually make the difference long-term, building sustainable habits, improving sleep, managing stress, and creating a routine that fits around your real life.

This is for you if you want structure, support, and someone in your corner, helping you stay on track, feel stronger, and become your most confident self.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Focused, flexible training.

For those who want high-quality sessions without ongoing coaching. Just turn up, train, and leave feeling stronger, simple as that.

2:1 COACHING

Cancellation & Booking Policy:
- All sessions must be used within a 4-week block.
- 24-hour notice required for cancellations. Missed sessions cannot be refunded or carried over.

For best results, I recommend aiming for 2 sessions per week where possible.
Progress comes from consistency across the week, not just one session. I’ll also guide you on what to do outside of our sessions, with tailored training plans if needed.
